My wisdom draws from the disciplines of yoga, mindfulness, sound healing, and human anatomy.

As a yoga teacher though, I want to be able to expand my capacity to be with students of varying abilities and levels. It feels like a way of teaching that is more like being a student of the students, while holding the structure of a class.
